Although there are no guarantees, we make every effort to prevent fleas from living in our kennel. Therefore, your pet may be checked and evaluated for fleas during the bath. Pet(s) with visible fleas will be administered a Capstar tablet upon admission to destroy fleas that are present, at your expense. Pets that are severely matted cannot be bathed until groomed. Longhaired pets may have to be shaved around their genital areas for sanitary reasons at an additional cost. Pets whose ears and/or anal glands appear to be infected will be examined by a Doctor. An office visit fee will be added to the total charge. In case of illness or injury, I, the undersigned, do hereby give my consent for the doctors of Harpeth Hills Animal Hospital to treat, prescribe for, or operate upon my pet(s) while being bathed at the Harpeth Hills Animal Hospital Boarding and Grooming. They are to use all reasonable precautions against illness, injury, or escape of my pet(s). If an aforementioned incident occurs and all reasonable precautions were taken, they will not be held liable or responsible, as it is understood that I assume all risks. Payment for all services is expected when the pet is picked up. I have read the foregoing and agree.
